Aqua Natal with WomenFIT The group exercise class created for prenatal women in water, helping you stay FIT & HEALTHY during your pregnancy. What is Aqua Natal? This is a group exercise class for the prenatal woman who would like to do some form of effective exercise to maintain their fitness, body and wellbeing throughout pregnancy but in the water. We use a mixture of body weight exercises, resistance floats and light cardio to focus on the body parts that require some extra TLC to prepare you for labour but also help make you feel better about your changing body. We also focus on that all important pelvic floor and core area. You can join our class from 14 weeks pregnant and ALL fitness levels are welcome as we can adapt exercises to suit you. Its also a great way to meet other like minded mums.
