Founded in 2013 by sisters Dr Chiara Hunt and Marina Fogle, The Bump Class offers what The Times described as “a revolutionary concept”. Our antenatal classes are packed with information from professionals, experts in their field who not only have a wealth of information but are also great teachers. Crucially they are also fun, managing to convey sometimes complicated biology and medicine in a way that everyone will understand. So successful were the classes, that we were approached by the biggest publishing house in the world to write a book. The Bump Class; An Expert Guide to Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond has been praised for its down to earth, yet professional approach, giving pregnant women the accurate, practical and pragmatic information which proves invaluable.

Founded in 1993, The Life Centre is a friendly haven, where yoga, Pilates and natural therapies inspire well-being. We believe firmly in the values of community; we are an integral part of the communities in Islington, Notting Hill and Manchester, play our part in the wider London and UK yoga communities, and, perhaps most importantly, help to create a community among our students and clients.

I will stay until breastfeeding is established. In the 10 days after the birth I will make 1 postnatal visit, which will give you an opportunity to process the birth and to ask questions about breastfeeding or newborn care. Postnatal Support We will meet prenatally to create a personalised postnatal support plan. Once your baby is born we will schedule visits typically 3 or 4 hours in length. The goal of my work is to nurture you and your family and to give you confidence in your parenting skills: helping you adjust to your new lives as parents, giving you a chance to re-charge, offering guidance on newborn cues, supporting you […]
