Aqua Natal is at Seashell Trust every Thursday 7.15pm-8pm; sessions cost either £4 per session.

We are now taking bookings for our popular aqua natal classes online. You will be able to book all lessons for next term using this link: https://seashelltrust.class4kids.co.uk/camps

You must be 14 weeks pregnant to attend the classes.

Our Location is Seashell Trust, Stanley Road, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. SK8 6RQ.

You will need to use the pin code, which will be sent out on confirmation of booking and payment received, this will allow you access to the main gates, sports entrance and women swimming changing rooms (which are on the right hand side as you go through the sports entrance).

You will need to bring with you:

• A bottle of water

• Swimming kit, a normal swim suit is fine to begin but the further on with your pregnancy you may need to purchase a swim suit specifically designed for pregnancy.

• A snack for after your session

Sex During Pregnancy

Is it safe to have sex during pregnancy? Many couples have this question in mind. They just don’t want to risk the baby in any way. In most of the cases, it is absolutely safe to have sex during pregnancy. Lose Weight Post Pregnancy

Returning to normal or regular weight post pregnancy is a challenging task for moms. You need not start to lose weight immediately after delivery or baby birth. Take advice from the doctor or your midwife before starting a regular exercise routine. Your exercising schedule will also depend upon the kind of delivery you underwent. If you had a normal delivery, you might start exercising early, however, if you had a C-section, you need to wait till the time your stitches are fine and you get a green signal from your doctor.
