Aquanatal Classes Near Suffolk

Our expertly designed Aquanatal programme takes a holistic approach to mums’ physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth. This class is suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, throughout your pregnancy and also for mummy’s postnatal to aid post pregnancy recovery.

Once your baby arrives, the familiar noise of the pool means they’ll be relaxed when you take them swimming too!

The price for Aquanatal classes is a one off payment of £49 for the duration of your pregnancy. If you have less than 4 weeks until your due date this will be reduced to £20. There is no limit to how many classes you attend!

When your baby arrives you are entitled to a 20% discount off your first block of swimming lessons with us, all because you were an Aquanatal customer! *
