Sessions are designed to challenge and push you that little bit harder making them ideal for mummies looking for the extra motivation to achieve their fitness goals. Our instructor is trained in adapting your workout suited for your personal postnatal journey.

We meet in the Tennis Courts, We have shelter and shade for all the weather. There is onsite baby changing facilities and a cafe after for coffee, cake, and lunches.
