We offer free pregnancy swimming during any of our lane swims, public swim and ladies only swim sessions at Bitterne Leisure Centre. Just bring a document with your due date and we can set you up on the system. You will be able to attend free-swimming up until 2 weeks after the due date. Most of the women experience backache during pregnancy. The intensity of the pain varies from woman to woman. Acidity is caused due to changing hormones during pregnancy. In the later months, it is more due to the increasing size of baby in your womb which is pressing your stomach and causing acidity.
