Cally Pool & Gym is situated in the west of the London Borough of Islington in close proximity to Kings Cross and Angel. It has a 25 metre pool, a 20 metre teaching pool, a gym overlooking both pools and a sauna suite. Cally Pool & Gym offers something for everyone and there are a number of memberships that are available for those interested in using the facilities on a regular basis, including our student membership. There is also a wide range of swimming lessons available that cater for all ages and abilities.

Smoking and Pregnancy

Smoking is injurious to health. It does the major damage when a pregnant women continue to smoke. Smoking can lead to a lot of problems in your baby. The worst thing is that it can lead to sudden infant death syndrome. It is always advisable to quit smoking while pregnant. What are the effects of smoking during pregnancy? Do pregnancy symptoms worsen in Expectant Dad?

Pregnancy is often followed by lot of its own symptoms like cramps, nausea, mood swings, food cravings, depression etc. Its always an interesting question whether the expecting dad also suffers any of these symptoms along with his wife?
