Baby Massage courses in Beckenham. Come and spend a relaxing hour with your baby and meet other new parents. The 5 week course follows the syllabus of the International Association of Infant Massage and is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
Learning to massage your baby is a lifelong skill that you can use as your baby grows and develops. Baby massage helps by:
Relieving the discomfort caused by colic, constipation and trapped wind.
Relaxing your baby and improving their sleep.
Giving you quality relaxed one to one time with your baby where you can get to know each other better.
Helping to understand your baby’s cues and how they are communicating with you.
The classes are baby led, friendly and informal, giving parents the opportunity to ask questions and time to chat and make new friends.
The 5 week course costs £50 and includes 5 x 1 hour classes, a bottle of organic massage oil and a booklet of all the massage strokes covered. Mats and cushions are also provided.
