POSTNATAL YOGA every FRIDAY @ 11:30 A post natal class is the perfect way to stretch, rebalance and undo any tension held in the body after child birth. Through mindful breathing and synchronised yoga poses, you will re-tone and strengthen the abdomen and pelvic floor whilst using the breath to rejuvenate energy and relieve the early stresses of being a mum. This class is aimed at a healing nourishing practice promoting postural awareness and inner pelvic health allowing new mum’s to leave the studio feeling strong, relaxed, supported and replenished. This is an opportunity to meet other local mum’s and share your yoga with your baby. Changing, feeding, nursing and playing is welcome throughout. The class is open to mums 6 weeks post-birth/8 weeks after C-section (you must have been given the go ahead from your GP) and to all pre-crawling babies.

I am a birth and postnatal Doula based in Vale of Glamorgan. My services include: Antenatal preperation along with birth and postnatal support (see website for full details). I am fully certified through Nurturing Birth and am also a Doula UK member. You can book me simply to understand more about the labour/birth process, or to actually attend your birth to assist and support you and your birth partner. I can also visit you at home if you are a new mum who would like support with breast or bottle feeding or just need a little company/ confidence boost when your partner returns to work. I do not give out my personal views or advice but can give you information so you can make informed decisions that seem right for you and your baby!
