Aquanatal Classes Near Suffolk Our expertly designed Aquanatal programme takes a holistic approach to mums’ physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth. This class is suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, throughout your pregnancy and also for mummy’s postnatal to aid post pregnancy recovery. Once your baby arrives, the familiar noise of the pool means they’ll be relaxed when you take them swimming too! The price for Aquanatal classes is a one off payment of £49 for the duration of your pregnancy. If you have less than 4 weeks until your due date this will be reduced to £20. There is no limit to how many classes you attend! Aquatots now swimming in Hounslow, Middlesex Aquatots are delighted to add another wonderful pool to our portfolio in Middlesex. Located in the grounds of Oaklands School Hounslow Middlesex, this newly built hydropool offers free on-site parking, modern clean changing facilities for mums, dads and babies as well as wonderfully warm showers and coin operated lockers for your belongings. Based just of off the A4 / Great West Road this pool is easily accessed by public transport and is close to Richmond, Feltham, Brentford, Isleworth and Chiswick.

We are a family run business based in Peterborough open seven days a week, 50 weeks of the year. Our purpose-built swimming pool and Centre offers an extensive range of classes and courses including baby swimming, aquanatal yoga, baby massage, childbirth preparation, pregnancy & postnatal yoga, postnatal massage and much more. Selina’s café is a wonderful space for families to meet and enjoy time together. With fresh home cooked food and delicious cake made on site in our bakery, it’s the perfect compliment to classes at Calmababy.

Baby Swim Series comprises of seven progressive levels starting from as young as 6 weeks (minimum 10 lbs) to approximately 2 years of age at our 2 swimming centres in Wandsworth SW London and Isleworth in West London. Babies need to complete the lower levels before progressing to the higher levels. All our terms are 10 weeks of swimming lessons and each lesson is of 30 minutes duration. In each class we will have a maximum of eight children and eight parents/guardians. The other Mum or Dad will be able to watch the baby swim lesson from the dedicated viewing areas in Wandsworth or Isleworth. Safety is our number one priority. Our instructors will make sure mum and dad learn all the safety rules, so they can just relax and have fun with their baby swimming lessons. It is a common misconception that swimming lessons for babies under 6 months is not possible due to vaccinations. Aqua Babies Manchester Experience Our Baby Swimming Courses Parents and babies can begin our baby swim lessons just as soon as you feel ready and are comfortable to come and join us. We have no lower age limit and we have had babies take their first dip when they are only two weeks old! Even the smallest babies will be relaxed in one of our warm water pools.
